Terms of Service

These terms govern boat rental and charter bookings made through Ibiza Hire Boats (ibizahire.boats), operated from San Antonio, Ibiza.

Bookings & confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation by email. Prices shown on the website are starting rates; the final price for your date, duration and boat is displayed in the booking widget before payment.

Deposits & payment

Most bookings require a partial online deposit to secure your slot, with the balance due on arrival unless otherwise stated. Payment methods and exact terms are shown at checkout.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund on standard rentals. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled or fully refunded at our discretion.

Safety & conduct

You must follow the captain's and staff's instructions at all times. Consumption of alcohol must comply with local law. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.

Liability

Boat use is at the renter's risk subject to applicable Spanish maritime law. Mandatory insurance is included as stated on each listing. We are not liable for personal belongings lost on board.
